🗑️ How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Zoomtu Business account and all associated data at any time. Choose either of the two methods below.
Method 1 — In-App (Recommended)
Open the Zoomtu Business app
Make sure you are signed in with the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings
Tap the Profile icon → Settings.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your decision
For safety, the app asks you to re-authenticate with Google and then type DELETE in the confirmation dialog. Once confirmed, deletion begins immediately.
Method 2 — By Email
If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request from the same Google email address you used to sign in. We use this to verify ownership of the account.

📋 What Gets Deleted
Once we process your request, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your shop, products, customer records, and sales history cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
✂️ Don't Want to Delete Everything?
If you only want to remove specific items rather than your entire account, you can do this directly in the app:
- Delete individual products — Inventory → tap product → Delete
- Delete a customer — Customers → tap customer → Delete
- Delete a sale record — Sales → tap sale → Delete
- Delete your shop only (keeps your account) — Settings → My Shop → Delete Shop
- Sign out — Settings → Logout (this only removes the local session; your data stays on our servers)
🔗 Third-Party Data
The following third-party services may also hold limited data related to your use of Zoomtu Business. After we delete your account, you may wish to revoke access or delete data with them directly:
- Google Sign-In — If you signed in with Google, revoke Zoomtu Business access at myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Google Maps — We do not store your search queries on Google Maps; nothing further to delete on Google's side.
- Firebase (Google) — Crash reports and push tokens are automatically purged by Google within their standard retention windows (90 days for Crashlytics).
⏱️ Processing Timeline
- 0 – 72 hours: We acknowledge your request by email.
- Within 30 days: Your account and all associated server data are permanently deleted.
- Within 90 days: Any residual data in backups or third-party crash reports is purged.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 72 hours, please email us again or contact support directly. We take every deletion request seriously.
