Is Zoomtu free to use for customers? ▾
Yes — the Zoomtu customer app is completely free to download and use. There are no fees for browsing shops or discovering products near you.
How do I register my shop on Zoomtu Business? ▾
Download the Zoomtu Business app from Google Play, sign in with your Google account, and follow the shop registration steps. Your shop will be live on the Zoomtu map immediately after registration.
How do I delete my account or request my data? ▾
Email us at support@zoomtu.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" or "Data Export Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.
Is my customer data safe in the Zoomtu Business app? ▾
Yes. Customer data you enter (names, phone numbers, Udhar records) is stored securely on our servers and is only accessible by you through your account. We never sell or share your customer data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
When will Zoomtu launch in my city? ▾
Zoomtu is launching soon across Pakistan. Join the waitlist to be among the first to know when we go live in your city. The more shopkeepers and customers who join, the faster we expand.
Can I use Zoomtu Business without internet? ▾
Yes — the app supports offline mode for recording sales and adding customers. Your data is queued locally and automatically synced to our servers when you reconnect to the internet.
