📜 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Zoomtu Business. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zoomtu Business mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by Zoomtu ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Zoomtu Business, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You are at least 18 years of age or of legal age to enter contracts in your jurisdiction
• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You have the legal authority to register and operate a business on this platform

📱 Description of Service

Zoomtu Business is a mobile application providing local business owners with tools to:

• Register and manage shops with location mapping and business hours
• Create and manage a product catalog (pricing, images, specifications, barcodes, stock)
• Record sales transactions and generate digital invoices
• Manage customer profiles and credit / Udhar records
• Track inventory and receive low-stock alerts
• Discover nearby shops and follow/unfollow other businesses
• Receive push notifications for business activity
• Access subscription-based premium features
• Use voice recognition for price input (Urdu supported)
• Scan barcodes and QR codes for products and stock management
• View analytics dashboards for sales and inventory

👤 Account Registration

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a valid Google account to sign in
• Be a legitimate business owner or authorized representative of a business

Account Creation

• You register and sign in exclusively through Google Sign-In — there is no separate username, password, or phone-OTP login
• By signing in, you grant Zoomtu Business permission to receive your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information, impersonating a business you do not own, or registering fictitious businesses is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

🏪 Shop Registration & Listing

Shop Accuracy

When registering your shop you agree that:

• The shop name, description, address, and location are accurate and belong to a real business
• The business hours you set accurately reflect your actual operating hours
• Product listings including prices, descriptions, and images are truthful and not misleading

Shop Location

• Your shop's GPS location is collected once during registration and stored on our servers
• You may update your shop location at any time from within the app
• Your shop location is displayed publicly to help customers find you
• You are responsible for keeping your location accurate

Shop Visibility

Registered shops and their publicly listed products may be visible to other Zoomtu users. You consent to your shop's public information (name, location, products, hours) being discoverable within the platform.

📦 Products & Inventory

Product Listings

You are solely responsible for the products you list. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to sell all products you list
• Products are not counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited by law
• Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and not misleading

Prohibited Products

You may not list or sell the following:

👥 Customer Data & Udhar

Customer Records

You may enter customer information (name, phone, address) into the App. By doing so, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before entering their data
• You will use customer data only for legitimate business purposes
• You will not use customer data for spam, unsolicited marketing, or any unlawful purpose

Credit / Udhar Records

• Records must accurately reflect genuine transactions
• You will not use this feature to harass, threaten, or coerce customers
• Zoomtu is not a financial institution and does not guarantee debt collection

🔔 Push Notifications

By creating an account you consent to receiving push notifications related to your business activity, including:

• New sales, low stock alerts, and follower updates
• Price changes, credit reminders, and daily summaries
• Promotional and trending search alerts

You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your account or any other app functionality.

📍 Location Services

• Location is accessed only when you actively use a location-dependent feature
• Your precise location is never tracked in the background
• You may deny or revoke location permission at any time from device settings
• Revoking permission disables map and nearby search features — all other features continue to work normally

💳 Subscriptions & Payments

Current Subscription Plans

Zoomtu Business offers subscription plans that unlock premium features. Plan details, pricing, and included features are displayed within the App.

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date

Future In-App Payment Integration

We plan to add payment APIs allowing you to accept digital payments from customers. When launched:

• Updated Terms will be published and you will be notified
• Payment services will be provided by certified third-party processors
• Zoomtu Business is not a bank or licensed financial institution

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until expiry.

©️ Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Zoomtu Business app, including its design, code, features, logo, trademarks, and content created by us, is owned by Zoomtu. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (shop photos, product images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Zoomtu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Content Standards

All uploaded content must be original (or content you have the right to use), must not infringe any intellectual property rights, and must not be offensive, defamatory, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

⚖️ Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Zoomtu Business to:

📶 Offline Functionality

Zoomtu Business supports limited offline operation. You may add customers and record sales without internet connectivity — these are queued locally and automatically synced when you reconnect.

• You are responsible for ensuring synced data is accurate
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or failure to sync before connectivity is lost

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Data stored through the App will never be lost or corrupted
• The App will meet all of your specific business requirements
• Results obtained (such as sales growth) will meet your expectations

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoomtu shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any loss arising from the failure of third-party services (Firebase, Google Maps, etc.)
• Any disputes between you and your customers regarding sales, products, credit, or payments

🤲 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zoomtu, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights)
• Content you upload or share through the App
• Any dispute between you and your customers

🔚 Termination

By You

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@zoomtu.com.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information
• Your use of the App is potentially harmful to other users, third parties, or Zoomtu
• We are required to do so by law

Effect of Termination

• Your access to the App will be revoked immediately
• Your shop will be removed from public discovery
• Data may be retained for a limited period as required by law, then permanently deleted

📢 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised
• Significant changes will be communicated via in-app or push notification
• Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms
• If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and may request account deletion
