Delete My Account & Data

You're in control of your data. This page explains exactly what is deleted, how long it takes, and the two ways you can ask us to delete your Zoomtu Customer app account.

⚠️

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted you can't sign back in or recover your reservation, chat, or review history. If you change your mind later you can create a new account, but past data will not be restored.

📱 Method 1 — Delete inside the App (Fastest)

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Zoomtu app on your Android phone.
  2. Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the warning and tap Delete to confirm.
  6. You will be signed out immediately. Deletion completes on our servers within 30 days.

If the option is not visible, please update to the latest version of the Zoomtu app from the Google Play Store.

✉️ Method 2 — Request Deletion via this Page

If you've already uninstalled the app, lost access to the app, or just prefer to do it from a browser, you have two options below.

Option A — Email us

Send an email to support@zoomtu.com with the subject "Delete my account", and include:
