1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zoomtu Customer Android app and related customer pages on zoomtu.com. By using Zoomtu, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Customer Account
- You sign in to the customer app with Google.
- Your role in this app is customer.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account and device secure.
- You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Zoomtu. If you are under 18, use Zoomtu only with parent or guardian permission.
3. What Zoomtu Does
Zoomtu helps customers discover nearby shops, products, bundles, offers, and pickup options. You can save products, follow shops, message shops, make offers, create reservations, and view notifications.
Zoomtu is a discovery and communication platform. Shops are responsible for their own listings, prices, availability, opening hours, products, and customer service.
4. Reservations, Offers, and Messages
- A reservation or offer is a request between you and a shop. It is not a guaranteed purchase until the shop accepts and completes it.
- Product availability, pricing, and pickup details may change. Confirm important details with the shop before traveling.
- Messages with shops must be respectful and lawful. Do not send spam, abuse, threats, illegal content, or misleading information.
- Zoomtu may limit, remove, or block messages, offers, or reservations that appear abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful.
5. Reviews and User Content
- Reviews, ratings, photos, and messages you submit must be honest, lawful, and based on your own experience.
- You must not post hateful, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or private information about others.
- You keep ownership of your content, but you give Zoomtu permission to host, display, moderate, and use it as needed to operate the app.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates safety, legal, or trust issues.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Zoomtu for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Create fake activity, fake reviews, fake reservations, or fake offers.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse shops, users, or Zoomtu staff.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the app or servers.
- Upload malware or content that damages systems or violates another person's rights.
- Use another person's account or try to access data you are not allowed to access.
7. Shops, Products, and Listings
Shop listings are provided by independent shops. Zoomtu does not own the listed products and does not guarantee that every price, image, stock count, description, or opening time is always correct.
Any purchase, pickup, refund, return, warranty, or dispute about a product is primarily between you and the shop, unless applicable law says otherwise.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what customer data we collect and how we use it. By using Zoomtu, you agree that we may process your data as described there.
9. Account Deletion
You can delete your customer account from the app or through our Account and Data Deletion page. Deletion is permanent and removes eligible customer account data subject to legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and backup retention requirements.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
Zoomtu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free listings, or guaranteed availability of any shop or product.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zoomtu is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, unavailable products, shop disputes, or issues caused by third-party shops, devices, networks, or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved with us directly will be subject to the courts of Pakistan, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you additional rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our app, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date shown above. Continued use of Zoomtu after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
